Position Sales Head
Areas of Responsibility
  • Engaging and proposing the development of new marketing propositions.
  • Devising our go-to-market plan for our services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution.
  • Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team o f sales professionals, introducing brokers, network distributors and prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Follow supervisor’s instructions
  • Follow whatever supervisor teaches related to production operation in proper manner.
  • And show its effectiveness.
  • Operate equipment in a safe and efficient way as thought by supervisor or senior technician/senior operator
  • Equipments should be re-placed after use.
  • Clean tools after usage before re-placing them.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks
  • Participate in routine maintenance
  • Completion of pending work tasks.
  • Attend Trainings given in the company
  • Give proper feedback to the management
  • Remember all trainings lessons and implement in work task

Areas of Responsibility The Role Act & facilitate as MR for QMS, TS – 16949, and handle APQP & PPAP activities, and other quality improvement programs. (To ensure ZERO DEFECT chassis supply to customers.
  • To establish, upgrade & drive Quality Management System – TS16949
  • Develop System driven Culture & conduct Internal Audits
  • Drive Quality Improvement Projects e.g., 5S, PPM, 7 QC Tools etc
  • Monitor & establish Corrective & Preventive Actions for Process Quality, Raw Material Quality & Finish Good Quality

Position Purchase Manager
Areas of Responsibility
  • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
  • Control purchasing department budgets.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and storing materials.
